Faith Katherine Taylor

This course has opened my eyes, heart, soul, mind and body to the world of mindfulness. This was my first experience mediating and it has noticeably changed the way I move through this world. I am noticing more beauty around me everyday. Even my partner has commented on the change it has brought to our relationship. It has not been easy. It has been one of the hardest challenges of my adult life, actually sitting and doing the work. But it has been a journey I will never forget. Thank you Amy!

I cannot overstate my gratefulness for what Amy is doing to bring mindfulness to all of our kids at school....For providing the opportunity for my son to learn about and practice a skill that takes most of us a lifetime to master, my gratitude is simply immense.

I appreciated that Amy modeled the sits, the breathing techniques and shared many personal examples. This is not common in many other sessions I've attended in the past two decades. Thank you!

Kristin Lubs-Eagle, MA, LPC Point of Peace Counseling

As a mental health provider, this training shifted my therapy practice and day-to-day personal awareness, serving as a much needed "reset button." The instructors greeted us weekly with a safe and supportive environment, allowing space to share, grow, and heal. Rather than reactively meeting everyday stressors with resistance, I feel I can now meet life’s challenges thoughtfully and openly. MBSR has reminded me to be more forgiving of myself, which has improved both my relationship with myself and with others close to me.

This course gave me such wonderful tools to develop an awareness of my own mind and handle situations with curiosity and acceptance. It helped me appreciate the peace of meditation and view the journey as the destination.

This MBSR course really allowed for a beautiful shift in how I view and treat myself. For someone who has been her own worst critic for over 30 years, this was quite profound. Amy's course basically taught me how to observe and even accept myself
